In this collection I wanted to create a series replicating A SECRET GARDEN, REFERENCING FAIRYTAles WITH A FOCUS ON DETAIL, USING SHALLOW DEPTH OF FIELD TO HIGhLIGHT THE PATTERNS OF LEAVES, FLOWERS. whEN RESEARCHING FOR THIS PROJECT i FOUND THAT 'st dunstan in the east' would be a relevant environment to capture along with my local woodlands.

iN MY WORK WITH ABANDONED SPACES, i FOCUSED ON CREATING AN ISOLATED atmosphere through shadow and silhouette. I used water as a key element to reflect and abstract each environment providing differing vantage points and perspectives.
